Breakfast

Breakfast is on a set menu and served between 08:00 and 10:30.

Lunch

Everything on our menu list except our soups, meals, and tarts of the day can be ordered at any time after 9:00 am.

Dinner

Our kitchen is open until 22:00 for starters and main course orders. We accept last minute orders until 22:30 for salads, pasta, burgers, and desserts only.

Lozenets is a quiet village that gets somewhat busy only in July and August, so finding a place to park should not be a problem. Our hotel has free parking, but you are allowed to park by at no extra cost as well.

Lozenets View Hotel has its own 500 m² children playground, which is free for your children to play in during your entire stay. Have in mind that though the play area is fenced, it is unattended and it is your responsibility to check how your children are doing from time to time.

Sauna

We offer free sauna to all of our guests throughout their stay at the hotel. There is a surcharge for non-guests of 15 BGN per person for 2-hour use. The capacity of the sauna is 4 persons, so please check for availability at reception. Lozenets View does not recommend the use of sauna for children aged 8 or younger as it is bad for their health. Steam bath

Our steam bath is free to all our guests throughout their stay. Non-guests of Lozenets View are allowed as well at 15 BGN per person for 2-hour use. The capacity of the steam bath is 4 persons. For more information and reservations, please ask at reception. Please, check our dedicated blog post on the proper use of steam bath. Lozenets View does not recommend the use of steam bath for children aged 8 or younger.

Massages & Treatments

Massages and treatments can be booked at reception at least 1 day prior to time slot. Our wellness and spa studio has limited capacity, so we kindly ask you to book your desired service as early as possible. You can find the full list of services and treatments at our Wellness & Spa section.

Can I amend my airport transfer booking?

Making amendments to your booking is simple, but it should be with compliance with our airport transfer reservation and cancellation policy. As part of your accommodation booking it is subject to our corresponding policies as well. For cancellations, please call reception at +359 894 888886.

Where will I meet my driver?

You driver will wait be waiting for you at the arrivals area holding a Lozenets View sign with your name and surname on it. All details of your hotel transfer reservation such as pick up location, vehicle, and driver contact details will be available on your confirmation email.

How early after my landing time should I schedule my pick up?

You are our guest and it is our responsibility to wait for you at the airport for as long as it takes.

Your friends or relatives can visit you at the hotel anytime during the day, but they should stay by no later than 10 pm.



Smoking Policy

Generally speaking Lozenets View is a non-smoking hotel. We would not tolerate smoking in the rooms, the wellness & spa and reception areas. Nobody will bother you smoking at the balcony and our restaurant has specially dedicated tables for smokers.

We know that you adore your pets and you would like to take them on a vacation as well. Our hotel is one of few hotels, which allows pets in, but the pet should be no heavier than 5 kg.
