These general terms and conditions apply to bookings through our website and its mobile version, as well as to bookings through our other digital channels. It is in your best interest to read all of these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. In case of uncertainty, please contact us for further information.
1. RESERVATIONS:
1.1. Official documents required for proof of identity upon check-in at the hotel: ID card, driver’s license, international passport
1.2. Please follow the instructions on the website, mobile site or app or consult us to make a reservation.
1.3. A reservation of 7 (seven) or more rooms for the same night is considered a “Group Reservation”.
1.4. A reservation is considered confirmed only when the customer has received an official confirmation email. Hotel Lozenets View is not responsible for unconfirmed reservations.
1.5. The customer has no right to transfer or resell a reservation made by him, as well as the right to advertise or offer accommodation at Lozenets View without being bound by a contract. In case of violations, Lozenets View does not bear any responsibility for accommodation, your reservation will be canceled and the amount paid by you will be withheld.
1.6. Please ensure that the name under which the booking is made matches the name of the person at the time of booking
1.7. To book, it is enough to provide the name and surname of only one of the guests
1.8. To make a reservation or stay alone in our hotel, you must be 18 years of age. Upon check-in, Lozenets View may require an identity document (driver’s license, identity card or international passport) as proof of the client’s age. In case of violations, the reservation is considered invalid and Lozenets retains 100% of the amount paid by the person who is a minor under Bulgarian law.
2. PRICES PER NIGHT:
2.1. At the time of booking, the price of each accommodation is officially published on the website, its mobile version or other booking channel. In the case of a telephone reservation, the price of the night is the price communicated to you.
2.2. Prices are per room per night and include VAT excluding meals and other extras unless these are periods for which this is not expressly stated.
2.3. The customer has the right to pay for additional services both at the time of booking and at a later stage or during his stay at the hotel.
2.4. All promotional rates for partners and hotel employees may only be used in accordance with the terms of such promotional rates and may not be used by anyone who is not an employee of the Lozenets View Hotel, unless expressly stated to be allowed. An identity document may be requested from any person staying at the Lozenets View Hotel.
2.5. Hotel Lozenets View reserves the right to cancel any reservation made at a promotional price, where the conditions of item 2.4 are not met.
2.6. To guarantee your stay at the Lozenets View Hotel, you need to make a 100% advance payment
2.7. Exceptionally, Hotel Lozenets View can provide an option for the client to pay 50% of the amount due, but no later than 14 days before the check-in date.
2.8. Lozenets View reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been received
2.9. Administration Fee – An administration fee based on the currency of the reservation is charged for each stay at a flat rate per stay. This fee is related to the administrative side of each booking and is payable at a fixed amount regardless of the booking method and payment mechanism. The administration fee is included in the room or apartment price shown as it remains unchanged regardless of how many nights are booked.
3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS:
3.1. Once you have checked in at the Lozenets View Hotel, you can no longer change or cancel the current reservation.
3.2. Hotel Lozenets View refunds 100% of the amounts paid in advance by the client for cancellations made no later than 14 days before the check-in date.
3.3. Hotel Lozenets View does not refund sums for cancellations of reservations with a shorter term than 14 days before the date of check-in.
3.4. In the event that you do not arrive at the hotel on the date specified in the reservation, your reservation will be canceled and, according to our rules, the amounts paid by you will not be refunded to you
3.5. If you pay by credit/debit card and cancel according to our terms and conditions, Hotel Lezenets View will refund 100% of the amount you paid within 10 days of the cancellation.
3.6. In case of non-payment of the amounts due to the hotel for reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation by notifying you (including by email).
3.7. In the event that we are prevented from fulfilling your booking due to an event beyond our control we may cancel your booking notify
4. ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE, TRANSFER:
4.1. Check-in at the hotel is after 15:00, except in cases where the customer has purchased early check-in in the rare cases where this is possible.
4.2. Check-out from the accommodation is by 12:00, which is clearly indicated in the email with which we confirmed your booking and explicitly confirmed by our receptionists when you check-in at the hotel. In the event that the client has not left the premises by this time, he is charged for one additional night without being guaranteed the right to stay.
4.3. In case of force majeure, error/dubbing on our part, Hotel Lozenets View undertakes:
• Provide you with a room and, subject to the availability of equivalent extras you have booked, at another hotel and pay the reasonable costs of transportation to that alternative hotel or any applicable parking charges; if, in our opinion, no suitable alternative hotel accommodation is available – to cancel your booking and refund any sums you have paid in advance for the unavailable room(s), including associated food and beverage extras.
• If you are due to pay on your arrival at the hotel and the above process has been followed, we will still accept payment of the booking price and any pre-paid extras, but any additional costs above the original booking price will be covered by us (ie the difference in room rates, reasonable transportation costs and parking charges).
5. YOUR STAY:
5.1. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy for the type of room you have booked. For questions about accommodation capacity, please contact the hotel.
5.2. We do not allow persons under the age of 18 to stay alone in our hotels. It is the client’s responsibility not to leave persons under the age of 18 unattended in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.
5.3. All accommodation bookings are subject to availability. Hotel Lozenets View is not always able to meet your special requirements.
5.4. For bookings for stays of more than 28 days, we may need to move you to a room other than the room we originally accommodated you in. If you refuse, we can cancel your reservation.
5.5. Smoking is prohibited in the Lozenets View Hotel, except in designated smoking areas. Smoking is expressly prohibited in the rooms and common areas and interferes with the proper functioning of our fire protection system and emergency equipment. In the event of a violation, the hotel reserves the right to terminate your stay and, at its sole discretion, request compensation for damages to hotel property or other hotel guests.
5.6. The customer is prohibited from bringing in any potentially dangerous items.
5.7. In case of damaged property owned by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to terminate your stay. It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately report any damage or damaged property. At its discretion, Lozenets View may request immediate repayment of the pending costs of the damage or instruct a third party to contact you after your stay to reimburse us for any repair, replacement or specialist cleaning costs incurred by us.
5.8. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all accommodation keys provided to them upon departure from the hotel. In the event that this is not done, the customer pays the costs of inserting a new cartridge and the cartridge itself.
5.9. Your liability: If you or a member of your party causes any damage or loss to us or other hotel guests, including but not limited to as described in clause 5.5. (smoking) above, you will be responsible for such damage or loss and you, as the person who made the booking, will be required to pay the costs, including but not limited to those described in this clause
6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
6.1. Nightly rates do not include additional services, unless specifically stated
6.2. The prices for additional services are paid online or on site at the hotel.
6.3. Paid additional services cannot be cancelled, non-transferable and the hotel does not provide refunds for such services.
7. PETS: At Lozenets View Hotel we do not have a strict policy regarding your pets. For an appropriate payment, we allow such accommodation, but under the condition that their weight does not exceed 5 kilograms.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
8.1. The hotel processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing personal data in connection with a booking, you consent to the use and storage of your personal data on your own behalf and on behalf of any customer staying with us within that booking.

8.3. Changes to these terms and conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and the terms and conditions applicable to your booking are those in force on the date of booking.
8.4. Legal Rights: If you are an individual user, you have certain legal rights. If any of these terms conflict with a statutory right, or the law changes and your statutory rights change, then the statutory rights will take precedence over these terms.
8.5. Events beyond our reasonable control: We will not breach these terms and we will not be liable for failure to comply with any of our obligations in relation to your booking (such as providing room(s) and/or other products and/or services and/or extras ) due to any untoward event, act, omission or accident occurring which is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, partial or total cancellation or delay of a major public event, interruption or fire (other than default) or accident of (other than default) electricity, gas, water or other utility network, machinery and equipment, computers, vehicles or collapse of building structures. If an event beyond our control is likely to prevent us from fulfilling your booking, we may cancel your booking by notifying you (by email) and will refund in full any payments made by you in relation to that booking on the payment card you used to make the booking, including payments for any extras and booking fees.
8.6. Complaints, Questions and Disputes: In case you have any complaints, please let us know them in detail using this form. We value all our guests and it is important to us that problems are solved at the hotel and not through easily manipulated, fake online platforms. In the event that we are unable to reach an agreement, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution portal at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/
8.7. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss that is not caused by a breach of these terms, a failure to comply with our obligations under applicable law or our negligence.
8.8. The hotel is also not responsible for losses that could not have been foreseen by both parties during the preparation of these general terms and conditions.
8.9. In the event that your property is lost, damaged or stolen during your stay, Lozenets View undertakes the responsibility to carry out a thorough investigation and, in the event of failure to clarify the circumstances surrounding the event and the failure to disclose the culprit, to inquire with the state control authorities.
8.10. In respect of all losses not subject to the maximum liability under clause 8.8. or are not covered by relevant legislation, our liability to you in respect of any losses you suffer may not exceed twice the accommodation price paid by you.
8.11. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicles you have arrived in or used during your stay at the hotel, regardless of where they were parked, and for missing property.
8.12. All clauses, provisions and conditions of this contract are legal, valid and enforceable
8.13. These general conditions, this contract is between the hotel and the customer only.
8.14. These Terms and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance. All disputes arising from or related to these conditions or non-contractual obligations are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

9.1. The website, its mobile version, the systems used, text, graphics, design, audio, photo and video materials, information about hotels, destinations, events and activities, as well as any other content, are the property of Lozenets View Hotel and/or its suppliers .
9.2. You may use the Website and the above only for personal and non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable copyright laws.
9.3. All trademarks and service names, whether registered or unregistered on the website are owned or licensed by Lozenets View Hotel and may not be used without the written approval of Lozenets View Hotel and its owners.
9.4. Hotel Lozenets View ensures that the information on the website is as reliable and useful as possible for the client and does not violate his legal rights.
